Ballet II

This level is meant for students who have successfully passed the Level I.

In this level students will:

Barre skills:

• Students will continue to increase their barre workouts to strengthen their core, enforce proper turn out, and increase their foot strength.

Center work:

• Short combinations incorporating past skills as well as new skills. these skills.

Across the floor:

• Chaîné turns

• Soutenu turns

• Piqué turns 

• Cabriolé

• Cabriolé Fouetté

• Saut de basque

 

Once students have mastered these skills they will move on to Advanced Ballet.
